Of stones that are to be used in a building (Appian, Mithrid. 30 §119; Arrian, Peripl. 2, 1; 1 Macc 10:11 v.l.; Jos., Ant. 20, 221) Hv 3, 2, 4; 3, 5, 1; Hs 9, 3, 3; 9, 6, 7f; 9, 9, 2; cp. v 3, 6, 6.
